I have a good friend who really likes orange, and I decided to make him a scarf. Awhile back, I came across a beautiful orange alpaca wool. It was worsted weight, and I really wanted a chunkier scarf. I decided to experiment with a strand of koigu KPPPM (843 22) to add a little bit of color throughout. I used a simple K2 P2 ribbing to allow the color to create the effect more than the pattern. I really like the effect--the color and texture really make a scarf worthy of a Minnesota winter!
